BABY SHOWER!

My good friends Courtney and Carie threw me a baby shower Friday night. It was a lot of fun and I got some great stuff for the baby. We played games, ate some delicious food, socialized, opened gifts and I got a few more ideas for this baby's name.
Here we are playing baby pictionary.

Thanks girls for a great evening.

Graduation Day!

It is true the day has finally arrived, GRADUATION DAY!!! Jarom now has his Masters of Science in Nursing. In January he will take boards and become a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA). I can't believe this day has come. It seems like just Yesterday he began school and was gone 12-15 hours a day 6 sometimes 7 days a week. That was life for him for a year and a half. Then he started clinicals and it was like he had a full time job, plus had to come home and chart everything without getting paid. I am so proud of all of his dedication and hard work over the past 2 1/2 years. Today is a day for celebration.

Ether Ball

This year Ether Ball was at the Brooks Fine Arts Museum in Memphis. What is the Ether Ball you ask? It is a night to dress up and celebrate/congratulate the graduating anesthesia class filled with drinks, appetizers, dinner, awards and desert.
The award Jarom received, CLASS CLOWN no surprise there.

Jarom and 2 of his buddies, Lewis and Lance who are also graduating.
Way to go Jarom!

The Collierville Christmas Parade

This is our first year spending Christmas in TN. We usually go home(AZ) for Christmas, but with me being 34 weeks pregnant, Jarom graduating and preparing to take boards, we decided to stay here this year. This is also our last Christmas in TN, so we are going to make the best of our time left here and enjoy the activities.
On Friday Collierville had a Christmas Parade. The girls took their hats off and used them to catch the candy the parade people were handing/throwing out. They ended up with 4 hats full.

They had a great time and enjoyed watching the floats and bands go by.

ThanksGiving 2010

Happy Thanksgiving! I have so much to be thankful for this year... friends, family, Jarom, Jarom graduating, his new job, our baby boy, my girls, our health and so much more.

Last year we spent Thanksgiving at home with just the 4 of us and it felt like something was missing. We have always spent thanksgiving with family, so this year we invited some friends over who don't have family in town. The Brooksby's, Hale's, and Moore's. We had a great time and the food was amazing. We had our first fried turkey and now Jarom is hooked and wants to buy a fryer next year.

Baby Boy.

Sorry the pictures are not the best. I had to scan them into my computer then crop them so they are not very clear.
Every time I have an ultrasound I fall even more in love with this little boy. He is so cute and it is fun to see him moving around inside me. Today he had his hand by his face and was trying to suck on his hand and when he couldn't he made a pout face. He stuck his tongue out and smiled too. He also has a lot of hair.
Here he is sticking out his tongue
he was rubbing his eye
I think he has Savannah's lips.

I can't wait to hold him in my arms.

3d Ultrasound

This was our first 3D/4D Ultrasound and he was not cooperating. He had his hands in front of his face at first. Then had his feet up by his face and was even sucking on his heel.
We did get a profile shot of him smiling. It looks like he has dimples and chubby cheeks.
Here he is holding onto his foot up by his face. He has long fingers.

In 2 weeks I get another free ultrasound since we couldn't see his face.
