This was our first 3D/4D Ultrasound and he was not cooperating. He had his hands in front of his face at first. Then had his feet up by his face and was even sucking on his heel.
We did get a profile shot of him smiling. It looks like he has dimples and chubby cheeks.
Here he is holding onto his foot up by his face. He has long fingers.
In 2 weeks I get another free ultrasound since we couldn't see his face.

My 3D was very similar. She never cooperated though so I dont have one pic. I love the detail in yours and can not wait for this little boy to join your fam.
