Disney World 2013

This year Jarom did his continuing education at Disney World, so we made a family vacation out of it. The last time we went Lucas was 10 months old. They all had a blast. I think Levi was the best behaved out of all of them. Our first vacation as a family of 6 and we had a wonderful time.

We could have stayed Longer we had so much fun and all the kids did great. We can't wait to go back in a year or two.

Snow Day!

Our first real snow day this Winter. The kids Love it. Levi and I enjoyed it from the inside. They built a little snow tunnel.

Levi 3 Months!

This little monkey weighs 12.0 pound and is 23 1/2 inches long. He loves the cow floor mat, the swing, the blue rocker seat and the Johnny jumper. He can roll over from his tummy to his back sometimes( he is not consistent yet). He still loves to sleep on his tummy although he got his first cold and couldn't for about 2 weeks. He still Loves the car and his favorite song that gets him to stop crying is Brave by Sara Bareilles. He can say mom and mama(when he is whining). He coos all the time, I think he is going to be a big talker. He is very ticklish and laughs out loud. He loves to chew, suck and bite on his fingers and hands. He will take a latex pacifier, but when it falls out he sucks on his fingers. He was sleeping 6-7 hours at night, then he got sick and we are slowly working our way back. Last night he did 2 AM and 5:40 AM. He likes to sleep with his face partially covered by his tiger. He is a sweet cuddle bug. We Love him!

Oh DEER!

Living in Missouri there are deer everywhere. Unfortunately they like to cross the road and one ran out in front of Jarom when he was on his way to pick the girls up from piano. The deer kept running and Jarom kept driving. Jarom was fine and the car is still drivable. We have liability only on his car, so it will not be getting fixed:(

Little Miss Saige

Saige started out in the 25th percentile for height when she was born and has gone all the way down to 1 percent at her 8 year old well visit. The doctor recommended we get her checked out by an endocrinologist since her growing has slowed so much. After some simple tests they estimated her height to be 4'10''. So we did a growth hormone test at the hospital. She also had to get an MRI of her brain to make sure there weren't any tumors on her pituitary causing the problem. Her MRI was normal, but she failed the growth hormone test. They like to see the levels above 10 and she was an 8. She will be starting growth hormone injections next week and will continue them for the next 6 or 7 years.

THE GOOD NEWS SHE SHULD BE TALLER THAN 4'10'' NOW! The bad news it is an expensive drug.

Climber! AGAIN

Remember when he used to climb...

he is at it again. He really hasn't climbed anything in a long time, but for some reason he climbs anything he can these days.

I turned my back at the store and found him on the table

 I didn't get his picture on the ladder, but he was on the top sticking his head out of the bars. I heard 2 women saying get down, get back. I quickly got him down.
