11 inches of snow in February!

The girls went out and played in the snow 3 different times through out the day. They Love it. By late afternoon we had 11 inches of snow. We had 12 neighborhood kids sledding on the hill behind our house. Unfortunately the roads were so bad Jarom got stuck at work for 3 hours until he
found someone with a 4 wheel drive truck that could bring him home. Then he got a ride to work from Jared in the morning.

I shoveled the driveway with the help from my neighbors.

Big Announcement!

I set up the tripod to try and capture a few fun shots with the kids.

We are super excited to welcome our new addition in August 2013!

Here is how we told the kids. I told them I wanted to get a family picture. I set everything up and had the remote ready to start snapping pictures as I said "mom is going to have a baby!" They turned to see the ultrasound pictures and were very excited.

In January I started watching a baby that was 6 weeks old and they have been saying how much they wanted another baby. Little did they know I was already 7 weeks pregnant when they started asking for another baby.

Savannah is 6! January 14

Savannah is in Kindergarten and exceeding academically. She has lost 1 tooth and has another one that is loose. She is in dance, gymnastics and taking piano lessons. She is still our sassy Savy and we Love her dearly. She has her own room now and Loves it.

Lucas is 2! January 12

Stop, Freeze time! I can't believe Lucas is 2. He weighs 25 pounds and is 34 inches tall. He is really talking now. He tries to say everything and can repeat what you tell him to say only some words he leaves out the beginning sound. truck is "uck" ect..He is goofy and makes us laugh Every day. His favorite toys are legos, trains and cars. He Loves to watch Super Why and Thomas the Train. He has 1 of his 2 year old molars and drooling all the time. He has also been sick for awhile with his asthma, cough and runny nose.
He put on my shoes and beanie
I asked him to go to bed, then ran downstairs to give the girls a good night kiss. When I can back up Lucas was not at the table where I left him. I looked in my room and saw him on my bed with the laptop and the T.V. on. I could not believe how fast he climbed up there and did all that.
poor sick baby. plays the ipad during breathing treatments.
he is laying on a tiny wagon and was pushing himself around the house.
he also likes to ride his dump truck
 trying on daddy's shoes
We had a nice Saturday so I decided to take him to the park to get some nice pictures of him. Every time I told him to smile he would stick out his tongue. Silly boy!
