This will be my last intense workout week. Next week I will do 2 hours 3 days a week instead of 5 days a week. I will continue to do Yoga Mon-Fri. I can't believe I have been doing this for 4 weeks now and I am still sticking to it.
Mon,Kick it and Yoga
Tue,30 min treadmill, weight machines and Pilates
Wed,yoga and step
Thurs,Pilates and Zumba
Fri,Pedal and Pump and Yoga
Good for you! What's your plan now? Just a few times a week. You are sticking with the yoga, right? :)
